This fabulous antique Edwardian necklace was made representing the Suffragette movement, Circa 1910.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White colours which were chosen to counter the stereotypes put forward by opponents that they were mannish or shrieking! Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes!
The necklace boasts three fabulous droppers set with violet Amethyst, green Peridots and creamy Pearls. The larger Amethyst are approx. 3ct each.
The necklace is all set in 18ct Yellow Gold and looks stunning when worn.
Weighs 6.2 grams.
Measures 14 inches in length.
Dropper measures 11mm across x 60mm down.
