• Details:  So beautiful and sparkly!  This flower brooch reminds us of the Hawaii flower called Plumeria.  This brooch features both clear and aurora borealis rhinestones on the petals and one large faux pearl in the center.  It has been linked to Premier Designs, but it is unmarked so we are not making that connection.  There is a condition issue,  please see below for details. Fun for costumes too!
