This is an unusual brooch, made of a four leaf clover dotted with bright blue rhinestones, with an image of the United States Capitol Building in the center, with the  words “Washington D.C." in black underneath (on the lawn, so to speak). The image is under a rounded clear bubble, sometimes known as a pincushion style brooch. It is set in silver tone in the shape of a four leaf clover, symbol of good luck, and is dotted with four bright blue round rhinestones. The brooch measures 1” wide and is on very good condition.
