This is a vintage rhinestone pin in the shape of a shield, with large white stones of round and marquise stones, prong set in silvery metal. It makes quite a statement! The glitter and size of the stones make it something to behold. Some of the stones are a little cloudy, a good cleaning may help.  The length is 3" and at its widest point it is 2".
